✅ Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged, defective, or not as described

• Return request is made within 7 days of delivery

• The item is unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact

❌ Items not eligible for return:

• Personal care items (e.g. cosmetics, innerwear)

• Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product page

• Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

🔄 How to Request a Return

1. Email us at support@juvoo.in with your:

   • Order ID

   • Reason for return

   • Photos of the item (if damaged/incorrect)

2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

3. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or share return instructions.

💸 Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days

• If you paid via Cash on Delivery, we will issue a bank transfer or store credit

• You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

🔁 Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are currently only offered for damaged or wrong items.

• If you wish to exchange, we will send a replacement item after return pickup is completed.

• For non-eligible returns (e.g., customer error), the customer may need to ship the item at their own cost.
